First it was p contamination in state houses now possibly asbestos in a council flat requiring 6 with hard hats and high vest jackets no doubt all with clip boards and ladders, sorry only one at a time up the manhole to inspect commercial insulation that could have asbestos lol, sorry you rate payers have to pay, this is becoming a bad joke costing god knows, none of those materials mentioned to build that flat has any asbestos, councils aye.

Ok for companies to ship free water overseas, while back in nz residents pay not talking about council pipes, what a sick backwards country, could go on but whats the point, someone said one day water will worth more than gold, can live without gold but not water. Selling your soul nz.

The way it was described been cut up I think that would narrow it down to a freezing worker, what happened to poachers or rustlers in USA their fate was the nearest tree. Nz is becoming crime ridden, not the place I knew growing up, shameful to say the least.

Your right try doing that in Singapore and see what happens, people need some serious fines for any litter, n z clean green image yea right, Im sure-with the high rates in Queenstown you can afford to employ a litter bug official or two, be cheaper than any cleanup.

Yep, had the same problem in the apartment I live in, only in the kitchen which was clean, come out at night, so before bed I turned the light on to see them on the bench top, hiding under the jug base got to know where the things were, out with the spray every night for a fortnight, no more problem, either dead or got the message, get new seals on the fridge save power can also buy bait, just need to go to war, rather spend a little money than live with that, peace of mind.

Why does the mayor have to be either an ex politician or present, not the people we need to run a ( business) city the size of Auckland, need a smart and successful business person who can control and make good decisions, same with council, sir dove was the only one with vision I can think of, unfortunately the council didnt share that vision, nothing has changed, with the way things are going Auckland will always be a shambles, pity that.

My mother in the 1967 being a widow raising 4 of us had to sell because of rates, modest house but spectacular views, rates have been a problem that far back. I live in China, how do you think they house 1.4 billion odd people, apartments thats how, housing officials in nz need to come over see how its done, China gets things done, nz snails pace, far too slow as housing goes, yes love living in a apartment, yes even has a lift or two. Theres the need to mostly forget about single dwellings, too much land been wasted spread out, also spread out is roading, pipelines, wiring, etc, nz your falling away quick,

I have lived in China for 18 months, traveled on many roads and I can insure you NZ roads are far more dangerous than here, although I dont drive as they drive on the right side, sure there are accidents but are far more courteous than NZ drivers are, live in zhuhai now cant wait for the bridge to open.

Started my first job 1961 as a apprentice payed board ran a v8 all on 6 pounds 95, thought state advance build my home at 30 then had two kids, during the late 1950t till at least the late 70t life was good as living cost to enjoy life, what has happened to N Z these days? Living in China the past 18 months wages may be low but so is the cost of lifestyle, something is not right, in gods own.

My ex wife has M S from her 20s when I lived up in the far north I grew cannabis, I may add not commercial amounts 4 plants worked a treat and I had arthritis that also worked, so from my experience all good, I was in my 50s wouldnt like to see teenagers use it though, this article is about people that need an alternative to so called safe drugs, nz is so slow getting anything done uhh.

I feel sorry for teachers that have to try and teach kids that should be disciplined at home and are not, a teacher is there to teach not be a social worker, who would be a teacher? Only takes 1 to disrupt a class, the teachers have next to no backing to fix it, didnt happen in my day, we were too fearful and respectful, all starts in the home.

Did national service when it was compulsory when birthday ballets were in, there were a few needing to be sorted out, some so called tough nuts soon got the message what was right or wrong and stayed in the army after their time was up, maybe a school like that or boot camp would be helpful with zero tolerance, better than Prison where young people learn to be real bad asses.
