Yes, I saw a British doco on a similar theme, where all of these families that had a fat kid were interviewed and they all pretty much said the same thing in that X doesnt actually eat much, etc. This doctor spent some time with them and it turned out that each X did actually eat a lot, and not much of the good stuff either. The parents were in complete denial.
