Yep agree, I would love to see training teachers get paid while in school learning and teaching. I dont know any other job around which is trying to get a 15% pay increase your lucky to get 1% at the moment.Also teachers talk about coaching kids as extra hours, how about the parents that coach most of the teams now days they dont get paid they dont even get thanks for schools anymore.When on Holiday you may have some work to do but you still sleep in and choose what days to work on.Still I think they need help and more funding needs to go to the schools for sure.
