I have heard a lot of people say Barret is a better player than Carter, mainly after he plays a good game. I feel that Barret is either hot hot or rather cold nothing really in between when Carter was consistently warm or hot. He very rarely had a bad game. Does anyone agree or disagree?

By the age of 24 he also had two provincial titles, two super rugby titles but unlike Mounga he had three Tri nation titles and a series whitewash over the British Lions where he was the player of the series. Mounga is great dont get me wrong but by 24 Carter already had scored 400 of his 1598 test points (a world record).
