As an former police officer I can say policing weed was time consuming and a huge drain on resources to little effect. I personally never had any bad experiences with anyone who was stoned while on the job, compare that to the countless problems the Police deal with in regards to legal alcohol and synthetics, its time to reevaluate.
To be fair we only got one year where Luke played to the standard we expected of him, as good as he was in 2018 overall one out of three seasons is disappointing. Id like to see him stay though, maybe SJ could take a pay cut.
