An Aussie Tonga match in NZ forgive me if im wrong here but this is not Tonga nor is it a tournament. Take it to the home countries Tonga or Australia as from where i sit its just rude for even suggesting having it here as this is our home turf not Tongas

Dont blame them. When Tonga lose the fans will riot, will send death threats to the ref and wander the streets of Auckland with banners protesting the result. Itll be pandemonium.

That was to raise the profile of rugby in America. League hardly needs to raise its profile in Auckland

after last years dismal performance in the world cup NZRL want to get kiwis fans back on side and having a Aussie v Tonga game upstage the kiwis test would be the wrong move.

Its not the NZRLs responsibility to develop Pacific rugby league, especially considering how many Kiwis were poached by Tonga last year.
