I live a block or so away from a hospital which has a helicopter come and go at different times. Although it can be very loud and sometimes seems like it makes the house vibrate a little we are totally accepting of it because it was there before us, each flight possibly means another life saved and it doesnt occur that often to be at all annoying. This guys request is none of the above and the noise at that proximity would drive all his neighbours mad for sure. What a cheek even applying for it.

Thats what they do. Freakiest thing ever, especially when you come eye to eye with one perched on the handrail at the top of a flight of stairs in a hay barn late at night. And then before your mind registers what on earth it is youre looking at it releases a noise straight out of a horror show.

This is a very important point that wasnt covered in the article. What happens when we take the evidential data as the truth when its actually full of errors? We already know that the police hesitate or refuse to action the potentially inaccurate GPS tracking data of your stolen mobile device. We cant always rely on having a good lawyer questioning the validity of that data.If theres other circumstantial evidence that you were possibly at a scene, youre screwed if your phone placed you at the scene of the crime when you actually happened to be at a neighbouring property.

There was an episode on fair go that despite providing the insurer with GP details as requested where they could have sourced all the medical history a application was still declined for a pre-exisiting condition.
