Ok let's blow your mind here..... AS/NZS standards have nothing to do with the government. The company who fights them is a private commercial organisation. The people who sit on the steering committees are industry representatives NOT government representative

Geez you have to wonder at the intelligence of the average kiwi! Its not ornamentally carved for the same reason we dont issue gold plated and diamond encrusted assault rifles to the army..... its time consuming and expensive to produce! The average tiaha was a produce for function not looks

Im picking you dont have a clue what your talking about. Theres plenty of examples of pre-European carving in the museums that put anything carvers can do these days to shame. The skill level required to produce some of the works of art they did has been lost

Still looking for expensive silver bullets that don't fix the problems instead of easy, cheap fixes that do. We're so stupid it hurts! Instead of fixing the problems with existing roads let's spend billions on more roads that'll be just as poorly though out.Why the hell is there traffic lights and round abouts on Sh1 and Sh2 instead of off ramps for example?

Do nothing to do with their rubbish coffee then?? Americans dont have a coffee culture. Its like a Korean company opening a fast food burger joint.... sure theyve seen burgers in pictures and know what they should look like but no idea what a good one tastes like

Thanks for that knee jerk reaction.... what 5 laws do we change next week to deal with a one off situation? How many times in the last 10 years can you recall a referee obstructing a tackler? Your stupid suggestion simply guarantees every defender caught out of position will be lining up the ref to hide his mistake..... pretty much like ole Frenchmen did on Saturday

You want good science? NIWA research has identified pastoral farming as THE single biggest factor in New Zealand water degradation. Dairy farming is identified as the main culprit within the pastural farming sector. The facts are crystal clear, the dairy industry is the biggest waterway polluter in the country and the focus should be firmly set on them

They made the right decision, they had a clear over lap and if it wasnt for a great Bok defensive effort they wouldve won it.That said we need to take a leaf out of Carters play book from 2011 and 2015 where he made a point of snapping drop goals during the pool stages of the RWC. It was a psychological ploy to make sure teams knew they couldnt sit on a 2 point lead and hope to win. We need to do the same an make sure every team knows its in our arsenal if required!

Barrys got to go. Ive given him the benefit of the doubt until now. Parkers last 3 opponents have come in to the fight with a clear plan to beat Parker and have executed it, where as Parker has gone in just fighting his standard fight. He only got away with Fury because he hits like a powder puff. Either Parkers not listening to his trainer or his trainer not getting the right fight plan, either way it means Barry needs to go.Parkers got all the tools to be the best but he doesnt have the right corner

Poor accounting. Rail is profitable and always has been they just don't hide the the track maintenance costs in the transport budget like they do with roads. NZTA should be funding the rail network not kiwirail

Which calls? The multiple penalties that Ireland should have been awarded? Twice the Australians were penalised for sacking rolling mauls on the try line. Or Kepu being penalised for playing the ball in the ground when O'Connor attempted to ground the ball against the base of the post for a try? All 3 incidents should have been either yellow cards or penalty tries. Not to mention Pococks illegal play at the breakdown he should've penalised for 2 of the 1st 3 turnovers. He was the tackler and never released for 1 and was off his feet for another..... the ref kept them in the game against a dominant Irish team

Sure itd be nice if it was a closer competition, but the quality of tonights game was fantastic. The Pumas were excellent and would have likely beaten any other team in the world on that performance. If you think watching 5 mediocre teams chasing a well coached and drilled team playing the grind is better entertainment than watching a team in sublime form, then good luck to you.Quite frankly Id rather watch the best dominate than the average battle it out

Probably..... I know someone whose done exactly, Ive that and heard multiple stories of other drunkards walking into the wrong house and Ive actually done it myself. Never heard of anyone getting arrested or charge for making an innocent error. Your actually demanding harsher treatment because hes an All Black

What BS, the officials kept a well beaten Wallabies side in the match by refusing to issue yellow cards or awarded penalty tries for repeated professional foul. 3 times the Wallabies were penalised on or over their try line for cyclical play and not one penalty try or yellow card.

Here's how you fix it. 1. Bring back rucking 2. We have 2 touch judges, 2 offside linesman, 1 ref and no TMO3. Ban the clean out unless your bound to a second player on your team and your driving forward. The clean out used to be illegal make it so again5. Shift the offside line 1m back from the advantage line, if you're behind the offside linesman your onside

What annoys me is my biggest threat is people like you spreading depression..... National and its supporters are poison to business confidence

But it is correct Steve, the information is widely published and freely available. If you dont believe it you can divide the total hectares of farm land by nitrogen consumption. The comparison on total fertiliser usage is also published information and easily obtainable. Its also a global comparison including all primary producing countries...... now please argue some more that the sky isnt blue

Probably because under Australian law hes not an Australian..... his parents a New Zealanders so unless they became Australian citizens then he would not be eligible for Australian citizenship.

No, in Australia Rugby like league is mismanaged and the elite are over paid at the expense of the grassroots..... hence their results and plummeting market share (this includes league which is on a similar trajectory to rugby). AFL spends on grass roots which is why Sydney rugby and league schools are pulling out rugby posts and installing AFL posts

Not as sick as I am about hearing how hard you had it because mortgages spiked for a couple years on a dirt cheap house..... you had it easy sand a 2 year interest spike doesnt change that

Lets spend a moment to focus on the sporting participants demonstrate the most extreme effects of brain damage. Those whom we overlook and never give a moments thought. They struggle through, weekend after weekend, struggling to force their damaged minds to compose scattered thoughts in to a coherency..... all for our entertainment. Please spare a thought for the sports columnist. Yes, you have to alter the framing, re-clad and re-line the old penetration. Your messing with the waterproofing, the structural stability of the wall and potentially the electrics and plumbing depending whats in the wall..... of course you need a consent! Add the cost of redecorating and you quickly realise ole Mr Jackson here is talking pork pies with his budget
