When the economy is doing well, tap down on inflation by raising interest rates which will also spur sales of government bonds (something a debtor government like America desperately needs).

All US military base have contaminated drinking water from chemicals used in firefighting foam and other equipment. So its especially dangerous to kids and pregnant women. I feel sorry for the wives and kids of soldiers, as well as soldiers housed on these bases as these chemicals, cause birth defects, developmental problems, and cancers. So that might complicate things as these bases are just about to undergo some major changes at major expense, not to mention the lawsuits that are bound.
