If we could keep many journalists and politicians from ranting THEIR OPINIONS then the world would probably be a better place, e.g. Donald Trump. If, however, they actually spoke about policies based on facts, then I would listen, but opinion like yours are also not warranted, especially as you too had nothing nice to say.

Its not the putting the kids into daycare that is the problem, its actually the quality of daycare providers and ECE centres. Many are appalling as they have staff that hit and bully children and I for one would not put my children into a place like this. I know of several staff who have left and taken personal grievances against ECE centres because of the way they treat their children and staff!!!!

If they are using their electronic devices inappropriately (not focused on the lecture) then I can understand this ban. The Professor should also look at ways to include electronic devices into his lectures and the students need to be honest (stop plagiarizing and stop going to email and Facebook during lectures). Its a question of trust.
