Good. They need to be brought to account. Too many kids going without, why should they get off scot free. And actually, student loan defaulters should be accountable too. The rest of us have had to pay back massive loans.

I am so over young parents thinking they are entitled and more important than anybody else on earth and their offspring mean everyone else needs to be inconvenienced. Most of us are parents. You are not that special.

Why should fathers demand respect if they haven't earned it? We no longer live in a patriarchal society. Thank goodness. He is the one making a fool of himself in the media. the whole family are awful and out to make a buck. I woudn't talk to him either.

This was a really great article to read. Thank you Johnny. You expressed your reaction and reflection on a kid you knew and his inevitable path in life. We all know someone like that. It didn't have to be inevitable is all you were saying. I applaud this sincere and thoughtful piece. The hardliners are already in attack mode. I'm with you for all those lost little kids next door. And the lost dangerous adults they become.

As a teacher of 30 years I say good for her. She is telling these kids how it is and being real. They need to hear it. You people who dont deal with these kids every day have no idea how awful it is to watch kids you care about going down the wrong road. She put it really really well and in language they will understand. She is talking to the kids where they are, not anyone else.

Walked into my classroom after religious instruction time and found the â teacher❠laying hands on a kid to heal them. Stayed in after that. Also, teachers have no say. Most hate it because the classes get out of control and we have to sort it out so we can teach them again.

Was nothing like a hate column!! It simply stated what each person said! And Trump did attack the man! You are reading what you want to read. Some punctuation and spelling skills may assist your negative message in future too.

So when did that last happen to you? The outrage is about anyone enjoying vapes. Its about punishing smokers, and the punishers cant bear that they can more safely vape now instead. Suck it up haters. You will always get bad mannered people. Better to be exposed to vaping water vapour than cigarette smoke surely? Stop getting angry about vaping while smoking and alcohol is still legal.

So what do you suggest? We cant fix China or India. But we can take personal responsibility which is what these lobbying groups are suggesting. Your comment is negative and defeatist. You just cant be bothered. Deal with it? Thats what we are trying to do!!! But you, Lets not even try. Not impressed.

He may be â innocent❠although it seems an oxymoron to describe Trump as such, but that doesnt mean his team didnt collude and I think they did. The issue here is bigger than Trumps guilt or innocence. The issue is that a foreign power hostile to the country interfered and tried to influence a democratic election to advance their own agenda which is to bring down democracy. We all need to be concerned about that. Trump doesnt get that either because he doesnt care unless it reflects upon him.

There should be an IQ test before you can comment on Stuff. Some of these comments are totally ridiculous, trying to argue that scientists are saying Roundup is safe enough to drink. You people destroy your own position by making up rubbish to support it and resorting to lies and exaggerations. If your stance is correct why do you need to do that?

You are advocating performance pay. So what happens to the teachers who have kids whose parents dont send them regularly, who havent got enough food/sleep/love to learn effectively or who have learning difficulties? Seems like a nice easy solution from you but you have no idea of the reality or the differences and barriers teachers face. When there is a level playing field with all kids arriving in class ready to learn with all their needs met, sure. Otherwise it is inherently unfair.

When you have a bit of experience in the real world I will listen to your opinion. You are coming from a personal grievance with her and are not able to see the bigger picture. Principals are administrators mostly and not expected to organise parent teacher interviews. That shows your inexperience right there.

I vape but try to be considerate to others. Its kept me off cigs for 2 years now after a lifetime. So I support vaping as an alternative far less harmful. It hasnt caused me any noticeable ill effects, my smokers cough is gone and I love that there is no smell etc. However the vapes that exude huge clouds are different to the little e-cigarette I use. I think that anti-smokers hate that we still enjoy a puff at all and want to punish. But it seems to me this boy was showing off. If he is using a no nicotine vape why did he have to do it in class? Its not like he has a nicotine addiction. He is stirring.

She is trying to address truancy in her school. She is not presenting an academic paper. It is what she believes and she is addressing the problem to the best of her ability. I applaud her. Kids need to hear it. I teach secondary by the way.
