Haha the dentists are crying because their cash cow might dry up. If these kits were genuinely dangerous they would be banned. I had braces in my mid 20s after never wanting them as a teen. Every month I would get them checked and by checked I mean a nurse would look in for about 30seconds and the orthodontist wouldnt even be in the room.. $500 each appt. even if these kits only work a little bit they will still be better for people who cant afford other options.

Toyota have ridden on their âreliability❠tag in NZ for far too long. They have lacked innovation but keep their prices high as well as getting less reliable. There are plenty of other cars far better now.

Are you for real? They are one of the most profitable companies in history.. they arent aiming at poor people, leave that up to the Chinese manufacturers. Apple havent had market share in a long time yet still the most profitable by far which means theres well and 1ly enough âfanboys❠to keep them going

I did business banking with Kiwibank for 3 years until I could finally take no more. The post office staff are so incompetent its scary. They made everything more difficult than it needed to be. Moved to ASB never been happier

Rich is a relative term. People who earn lower amounts always say they could do it easily on a high income but the truth is the more you earn the more you spend so yes you might have nicer things but you're still no better off in the long run unless you are investing..

You really need to learn and understand how the tax system works... you still only pay tax on total annual earnings but you get the secondary rate because each employer doesnt know how much you earn at the other job so you could be in a higher tax bracket, then you can claim back any overpaid paid tax. The only disadvantage is more student loan payments which you have to pay eventually anyway.

Why dont they call for a ban on cars? They kill people lots more often than boxing... people need to be accountable for their actions if you ban everything and people think the whole world is a safe fluffy it just leads to other problems. Teach people the risks of boxing if they still want to do let them die.

Simple way to solve is to lower the corporate tax rate to the same as Ireland so theres no benefit in doing what they are doing.. dont shoot the messenger but tax usually always gets paid somewhere its just the place with the lowest rate

You forgot to take out costs when you worked out your return. Interest alone on $20m at 6% on 10years (again good luck getting a bank to loan on a building where you dont own the land under it) is just under $3m a year, then you got land lease costs, H&S, wages, insurance, maintenance, the local iwi will also want their cut.. it just doesnt stack up

The difference with âother❠sports fields and parks is that anyone can use them.. try kick a ball round on your local golf course and see how long before some kicks you off.. Id happily leave them as green spaces or parks or whatever. I just think having them as golf courses is a waste for the general population who arent interested in golf

They can only fill Eden Park twice a year why on earth do they need such a big stadium for 2 capacity events. And dont tell me more people will go to a new stadium, they wont. Kiwis moan at the price of everything and expect everything for free. The new stadium will be just as expensive if not more expensive than EP to attend, food will be the same if not more expensive because its new. Id rather a shopping mall there at least then everyone could use it and enjoy the waterfront.

The media are so stupid with any finance or business related. He potentially could be running it at a loss to offset profits in other businesses or a multitude of reasons. Nothing is a simple as the media makes it seem..

Hello fresh will demolish MFB when they arrive in NZ. We get it in Aus and it's just so much easier, meals are faster. They don't say 20mins then take 2 hours like MFB and they are a lot cheaper..
