Id go the same model as Washington and Colorado where they have a set 5 nanograms per millilitre (ng/ml) of blood. We already know with saliva tests they dont work and just indicate a presence - you couldve had it 12 hours ago or 4 hours or 20 mins and still show a trace. It also doesnt determine if someone is under the influence or not. The main issue with DUI and cannabis is prohibition has meant a lot of these areas havent been able to be studied. Washington and Colorado have both stated the limit is arbitrary and based on best guess but needs more research and may rise or fall.

Take the private prosecution. Hes an ex-cop and intimately familiar with the laws regarding searches, yet he still chose to break them knowing it was illegal. The only thing that will stop it happening again or him relying on his police mates to be his proxy next time is to take legal action.

Hardly surprising. Optus cant even deliver mobile signal where i live.. 25km from the cbd in the biggest growth area in Melbourne. Years of chronic underfunding & no investment in infrastructure. Every few months here either telstra or optus have a massive failure. NZ is light years ahead for telecoms
