As I said before Worst coach ever. I will never understand why he lasted as long as he did!

If Rennie takes over as the Wallabies coach I’d be flabbergasted, there’s intel that he’s got on our rugby systems that should not be shared, but money does talk. Look how the Aussie rugby media treated Robbie Deans, couldn’t win regularly against the ABs or win a WC, given the boot. It’s a doomsday position.

I think he lived off the back of their 2015 performance where they only lost 2 matches and won their other 10 that included wins over a lot of tier 1 nations including NZ. I think Australian rugby thought he could get that kind of record again if given enough time and by the time they realized things werent working it was already too close to the RWC to realistically do anything about it.

He just wasnt up to the task of coaching the Wallabies, a difficult assignment for any coach, they never knew what style of play to build from and select players to deliver, sadly he lost the dressing room a few years back with players not really giving it their all.

Clearly the problem is with Cheika. Clyne has been in his position throughout Cheika’s tenure so there has been plenty of time to get to know each other, and he get’s on well with Johnson but “I’m not really into that type of thing” = he’s a loner.

When you play them that many times they’re bond to win one. They’re not a tier two nations. But keep thinking like a loser if you wish

Aussie’s are to up tight, only follow sports that they beat NZers at. It’s to embarrassing for them otherwise. That’s why they had to create there own sport. So they only lost to there own states, an not the kiwis. Funny how they rave on about ozzy rules! Then bag rugby like it’s nothing. Ok we get it. Ozzy rules World Cup is something that keeps the world awake ♂️

Things go in waves - everything is subject to change. Even a drop of playing interest in rugby within NZ. They have to invest in the next generation and hope players dont get picked off by NRL, AFL like they are now.
