What a beautiful restoration job theyve done! If this place was for sale in Auckland, it would surely command much more than the current asking price and if it were in Britain...well, the skys the limit!

Yes you are dead right there Nightmare!we did that and finally saw the glaring light....sold the jolly thing and bought something 100 years newer!Instead of sitting with a glass of wine outside of a summers evening looking at the next lot of work needing doing,we now comment on how lovely it is to just lie on a deck chair by the pool!been there,chucked money at a 150 yr old property...learned our lesson!
