Customer service staff; meet your replacement. Youll be happy to know how much money ANZ will save by making you redundant! Yay!

ANZ â¦. we live in your world. But i dont live in cyber space.

Just answer a call or email!!How long do we have to wait ???

Theyd like to increase their $1.2 billion profit next year and couldnt care less about their staff or customers.

Stupid fake personalisation of a bot. Not helping anyone. This is not a person - or an AI - its canned responses with a pretty face.Id say its lipstick on a pig but apparently thats a verbotten phrase in NZ.It should have focused on better answers and have HELP BOT 1 stamped on its digital forehead. Dont pretend its a person or likes anything.

Bank corporations are basically inhuman already so Im not surprised they have gone this way. I guess they want to outsource the moral issues of dealing with us victims.

We could have digital customers. They wouldnt need anywhere to live - housing crisis solved. They wouldnt have to travel anywhere - roading problems solved. They wouldnt get sick - health crisis averted.Theyd never get old - no superannuation problems. We could have digital bureaucrats - not sure we havent already. We could have digital politicians - instant lift in standard of debating. We could have digital commenters - reasonable spelling and grammar at last.We could replace the whole human race - if you believe the Gaia Hypothesis, shed be delighted.

This story may seem funny but making me sad . Creating fake people is the first step to more unemployment in the world.Offcourse ANZ will be happy with Jamie: she will never be ill, or go on a holiday , she will never be pregnant or on strike. She will never ask for more money. Is this our future?I want real people with real emotions.

Close your branch in Motueka and then bring in Jamie - a fake person for fake service. The only thing that will stop companies from treating people badly is by customers moving their business. Its time we all did.

Also, FYI, 3 of the CEOs of leading NZ banks (we have only a handful) are women.

Its funny that they have given it glasses

The irony of creating a virtual assistant with a back story so she can answer questions about what she likes or what she is doing on the weekend, when the real customer servicerep.s in their call centre were discouraged from engaging in personal conversation for fear of missing their call targets...

Good old ANZ. they dont make nearly enough money to employ real kiwis... they are shafting NZ right and proper in the name of $$$$, youre a fool if you bank with these guys... they dont give a hoot about you!

It would appear they no longer live in our world and resent having to be in it to take our money.

Money lenders, called bankers these days, were always ruthless. Just check the history of mankind - they were always there since someone invented money.

They dont want to communicate with you; just take your money.

More drive to take people out of jobs and enrich a fat banking corporation even more.... just crazy stuff, if it reaches its full evolution the world will be run and populated by droid robots with no one to left to pay for anything... maybe a good outcome for ANZ!!

Real bank workers, digital bank workers.... doesnt make a difference. Theyre all going to try and sell you credit cards and insurance.

What the hell is the point

Just waiit till a robot will take your job. Just a matter of time. This will happen, cause all over the world engineers are working on new robots. Like in Europe some trains will be driven bij robots and buses as well, and in the future robots will replace workers in supermarkets. Maybe you find this funny but it is not.
